1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Sincrscorr's car rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Rental Requirements

2.1 Driver Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old (25 for luxury vehicles)
• Must possess a valid driver's license for at least 2 years
• Must provide valid identification (passport or ID card)
• Must have a valid credit card in the driver's name
• Must meet our insurance requirements

2.2 International Drivers

• Must possess a valid International Driving Permit (IDP)
• Must have the original driver's license from home country
• Must comply with Singapore's traffic laws and regulations

3. Rental Agreement

By confirming your reservation, you enter into a legally binding rental agreement with Sincrscorr. The rental agreement includes:

• Vehicle rental period and pickup/return locations
• Rental rates, fees, and payment terms
• Insurance coverage and liability
• Vehicle condition and mileage restrictions
• Prohibited uses and geographic limitations

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Payment is required at the time of booking or vehicle pickup.

4.2 Security Deposit

A security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit amount varies based on vehicle type and rental duration. The deposit will be refunded upon satisfactory return of the vehicle.

4.3 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

• Fuel (if not returned with same fuel level)
• Late return fees
• Damage to the vehicle
• Traffic violations or parking fines
• Cleaning fees
• Additional drivers

5. Vehicle Use and Restrictions

5.1 Permitted Use

The rental vehicle may only be used for legal transportation purposes within Singapore and approved neighboring countries (with prior written consent).

5.2 Prohibited Uses

The vehicle may not be used for:

• Racing, speed tests, or driving contests
• Carrying hazardous materials
• Subletting or commercial use without authorization
• Towing or pushing other vehicles
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Off-road driving or on unpaved roads

6. Insurance and Liability

6.1 Basic Coverage

All rental vehicles include basic insurance coverage as required by Singapore law. Additional coverage options are available at extra cost.

6.2 Liability

The renter is responsible for:

• All damage to the vehicle during the rental period
• Traffic violations and parking fines
• Theft or loss of the vehicle due to negligence
• Damage to third-party property

7. Cancellation and Modification

7.1 Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
• 50% refund for cancellations within 24 hours
• No refund for no-shows or cancellations after pickup time

7.2 Modifications

Booking modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Contact us at least 24 hours before pickup to make changes.

8. Vehicle Return

8.1 Return Requirements

The vehicle must be returned:

• At the agreed date, time, and location
• With the same fuel level as received
• In the same condition as received
• With all keys, documents, and accessories

8.2 Late Return

Late returns may result in additional charges. Contact us immediately if you cannot return the vehicle on time.

9. Breakdown and Accidents

9.1 Breakdown Assistance

In case of vehicle breakdown, contact our 24/7 emergency hotline immediately. Do not attempt repairs yourself.

9.2 Accident Procedure

In case of an accident:

• Ensure safety of all parties involved
• Call emergency services if necessary
• Contact Sincrscorr immediately
• Obtain police report and other party's details
• Do not admit fault or liability

10. Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data processing practices.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Arbitration under Singapore law

12. Limitation of Liability

Sincrscorr's liability is limited to the value of the rental vehicle. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of Singapore.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
